Kath was appointed Senior Clinical Category Manager with a remit of leading and managing the clinical procurement category. This includes supplier and product market intelligence, innovation, PbR, tariffs, DoH and NICE guidance and managing the OJEU tender process through to contract award, implementation and management. With over 30 years experience within procurement, Kath has worked in a number of roles within the NHS including wholesaling at the Normanton Distribution Centre and later joining the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency within the Theatre Portfolio for NHS Logistics.
