James was appointed Clinical Category Specialist on the 1st of September 2011. With over 14 years experience within public sector procurement James has worked in a number of roles within the NHS including Deputy Head of Procurement at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust and Category Manager for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, prior to working in the NHS James worked for South Yorkshire Police for over 10 years as the Assistant Procurement Manager. James has a current portfolio of both work plan based and bespoke projects which include the following: Neutral Wholesaler Contract; Intra Ocular Lenses and Phaco packs; Interventional Radiology; Mobile Therapies; and Stock and Inventory Management.
