Francis has 24 years experience in primary and secondary education as teacher and advisor. He made a career change into educational sales in 2000 followed by seven years successful sales and account management with three national and international companies. Between 2007 – 2009 he was sales manager for a UK based company specialising in disposable and reusable clinical products. Francis has extensive experience in developing relationships with procurement personnel in the NHS, private and commercial sectors and tendering processes. Since joining the CPC Francis has gained a wide range of procurement experience in all clinical areas.
