NHS CPC in partnership with DAC Beachcroft are hosting this FREE legal event at the DAC Beachcroft office in Newcastle. The event will run from 10:15am until 13:00pm, and lunch will follow.

The seminar will be called "Public Procurement in the NHS" and will cover the following topics:

1 October 2011 amendments to the Public Contracts Regulation 2006;   

Key UK and EC cases from the past 12 months;  

Update on the Government's Transparency Agenda;

Latest on implementation of  'Any Qualified Provider'; and

General application of procurement rules to the NHS.

Lots of practical examples will be given throughout the seminar and there will be an opportunity for you to discuss your own issues with the speakers.
