NHS CPC in partnership with legal healthcare specialists Capsticks are hosting this FREE legal event at the Capsticks office in Leeds. The event will run from 9:30am until 12:30pm, and lunch will follow.

The event will focus on issues around current Commissioning Challenges including:

• The Transition Challenge - PCT clusters and CCGs working together to commissioning reform. This will look at the challenge of delegation and safeguards needed until new legislation changes the NHS landscape.
• Hot Topic - Conflicts of Interest: Are they an insurmountable hurdle?
• An Overview of Authorisation - Putting the legacy information in place, especially on contract audit, to achieve authorisation.
• Open Session - Q&A on any commissioning issue from the audience.
